A THIRD man has been arrested as part of a police investigation into the sexual exploitation of children in Bristol.

Abdullahi Aden, also known as Trigger, 19 and from Bristol, has been charged with the rape of a 14 year old girl, two counts of paying, or attempting to pay, for the sexual services of a girl aged 16/17 and two counts of possession of indecent images of a child.

 

He appeared before Bristol Magistrates’ Court earlier today and has been remanded in custody until November 5, when he will appear at Bristol Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.

The charge was part of Operation Brooke, an investigation being carried out by Avon & Somerset police’s Public Protection Team.

It follows the arrest and charges brought against two other men as part of the same investigation.

Arafat Osman, also known as Left Eye, 19, from Bristol, has been charged with two counts of paying for the sexual services of a child aged 16/17. He has also been charged with being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug (Class B), being concerned in the supply of cocaine and being concerned in the supply of heroin. He has been bailed to appear in court on Wednesday.

Idleh Osman, also known as Sniper, 21 and from Bristol, has been charged with arranging/facilitating the prostitution/involvement in pornography of a child aged 13-17 years. He has also been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and being concerned in the supply of cocaine. He appeared at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on October 4 and has been remanded in custody.
